Exchanges & Refunds

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us, simply because we want you to keep coming back to us.

Should the rare occassion arise where you would like a refund, or wish to exchange your footwear or if there is a manufacturing fault with the product we will make every effort to assist you.

In the first instance you should contact us, where you will be issued an return authorisation number, goods will not be accepted without a return authorisation number.

Exchanges

If your footwear choice is not the correct size or you are not entirely satisfied with your style selection, we will offer to exchange your footwear for a similar style or equivalent valued footwear within 28 days ( sales / clearance stock excluded ). In order to exchange your footwear, the footwear must be returned to us in its original packaging and in original condition and not show any signs of wear. Once we are satisfied with the condition of the footwear and packaging (the packaging is considered to be a part of the product ), we will replace the footwear. In circumstances where the packaging is not returned in its original condition, this will incur a $17 handling / repackage fee. This will be at our judgement and discretion only. If you are exchanging your footwear, you will be required to pay the return cost of  the footwear to us and also for the cost in sending you the replacement footwear. If you need the shoes urgently, it will be quicker to place another order for the shoes / style / size that you require. 

We will make our best efforts to work with you to ensure your satisfaction.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on Baxter Boots or any boots that are a special order and that we do not carry as a standard line.

Refunds 

If you request a refund for your purchase, you will be required to pay the return cost of the footwear to us and also for the original shipping and handling cost in sending the boots to you. In circumstances where the packaging ( shoe box) is not returned in its original condition, this will incur a $17 handling / repackage fee. No refunds will be offered on sales or clearance stocks. Refunds will not be offered on sales or clearance stock.

Faulty Products

We endeavour to check our footwear prior to sending them to you, but in some cases footwear is delivered direct from a supply partner. Should the footwear be faulty, we will investigate your claim. You will be required to return the boots using Australia Post Standard Parcel Registered Mail delivery. Faulty goods will be returned to the manufacturer for their assessment of the goods. We rely on the expertice of the manufacturer to make a determination of this claim. If the goods are determined to be faulty by the manufacturer we will offer you a replacement pair of shoes or a full refund including the cost of shipping. If however the boots are not determined to be as a result of poor workmanship or faulty material, no refund will be issued. Proof of delivery for the cost of postage return to us will be required.

Some products are shipped directly from our supply partners. In any event that the products delivered are different from the products ordered, you should not wear the footwear and you should immediately notify Workboots R Us Pty Ltd via email on the contact us page.

Should the shoes or boots be different from the one that you ordered, please notify us immediately, do not wear the footwear, this will void any claim.
